John Hadjipateras, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, Dorian LPG Ltd.

John C. Hadjipateras serves as Chairman of the Board and as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hadjipateras has been actively involved in the management of shipping companies since 1972. From 1972 to 1992, Mr. Hadjipateras was the Managing Director of Peninsular Maritime Ltd., in London and subsequently served as President of Eagle Ocean. He has served as a member of the board of the Greek Shipping Cooperation Committee, of the Council of Intertanko and has been a member of the Baltic Exchange since 1972 and of the American Bureau of Shipping since 2011. He also served on the Board of Advisors of the Faculty of Language and Linguistics of Georgetown University and is a trustee of Kidscape, a leading U.K. charity organization. He was a Director of SEACOR Holdings Inc., a global provider of marine transportation equipment and logistics services, from 2000 until 2013.

John C. Lycouris, Head Of Energy Transition

John C. Lycouris serves as Head of Energy Transition and is a director of Dorian LPG Ltd. Mr. Lycouris has served as Chief Executive Officer of Dorian LPG (USA) LLC and a director of the Dorian LPG Ltd. since its inception in July 2013. Previously, Mr. Lycouris was a Director and VP/Treasurer of Eagle Ocean, Inc. beginning in 1993 and of Eagle Ocean Transport, Inc. beginning in 2004, where he attended to pre- and post-delivery financings of newbuilding and second-hand vessels in the tanker, LPG, and dry bulk sectors, including execution of a multitude of sale and purchase contracts. Mr. Lycouris’ responsibilities also included operational and technical matters as well as investment strategy for a number of portfolios of foreign principals represented by the Companies. Before joining Eagle Ocean, Inc., Mr. Lycouris served as Director of Peninsular Maritime Ltd. a ship brokerage firm in London, UK, which he joined in 1974, and managed the Finance and Accounts departments. Mr. Lycouris holds a BS in Business Administration from Ithaca College and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University.

Constantine Markakis, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dorian LPG Management Corp

Constantine J. Markakis has served as President / Director and Chief Executive Officer, in Dorian LPG Management Corp. (Athens) since 2013, where he has played a key role in the expansion of the office and the fleet, undertaking delivery of 19 New Building VLGCs between the period from July 2014 and February 2016. Furthermore, he has served in Dorian (Hellas) S.A. as Secretary / Treasurer / Director from 1984 until 1998 and as President / Director from 1998 until today. Mr. Markakis graduated from Athens College in 1969 and from Athens University of Law, in 1976. During the period from 1976 until 2004, he has served in various management and executive positions, in ship management companies Med Line SA / Epirotiki Lines / Royal Olympic Cruises, where he was involved in Commercial, Operational, Safety as well as Legal and Insurance matters.

Theodore B. Young, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Dorian LPG Ltd.

Theodore B. Young has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Dorian LPG (USA) LLC since July 2013 and as Head of Corporate Development for Eagle Ocean from 2011 to 2013. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Young was a Senior Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Irving Place Capital (IPC), where he worked on investments in the industrial, transportation, and business services sectors. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Young was a Principal at Harvest Partners, a New York based middle market buyout firm, from 1997 to 2004. There he was active in industrial transactions and played a key role in the firm's multinational investment strategy. Prior to his career in private equity, Mr. Young was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Co. and SBC Warburg Dillon Read and its predecessors in New York, Zurich, and London. He also serves as chairman of College Steps, a not for profit organization that empowers students living with learning and social challenges to pursue post-secondary education, and he was also a member of the audit committee for USA Wrestling, the national governing body for amateur wrestling in the United States. Mr. Young holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a major in accounting.

Alex Hadjipateras, Chief Operating Officer

Alexander C. Hadjipateras serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hadjipateras has served as Senior Executive Vice President of Dorian LPG (USA) LLC and Managing Director of Dorian LPG Management Corp. (Athens) since July 2022 and previously held the role of Executive Vice President of Business Development. Mr. A. Hadjipateras' main areas of focus are commercial strategy, sale and purchase, and the management of the Company's operations in Athens, Greece. Since November 2016, Mr. Hadjipateras has served as a Director on the Members Committee of the UK P&I Club. Mr. Hadjipateras has worked closely with major energy companies to secure approval for future time charter and newbuilding business development opportunities. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. A. Hadjipateras worked as a Business Development Manager at Avenue A / Razorfish, a leading digital consultancy and ad-agency based in San Francisco. Mr. A. Hadjipateras graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and holds an EMBA from HEC Paris.

Tim Hansen, Chief Commercial Officer/Director, Dorian LPG (DK) ApS.

Tim Hansen joined Dorian LPG in 2014 as Chartering Manager and in 2015 became MD for the Helios LPG Pool London Office, he began his career at sea in AP Moeller Maersk, rising to the ranks in tankers, container and dry cargo vessels ending his seagoing career as captain of various sized LPG carriers. Mr Hansen is also Lieutenant in the Royal Danish Navy where he served as skipper on VTS vessels and performed various coast guard services. He came ashore in 1999, joining the Maersk team with responsibilities in several sectors, including supercargo, operations and Chartering in dry cargo segment, Maersk Line Senior Charter in Broestroem. In 2002 he began to focus on the LPG sector and from 2004 until Maersk's exit from the LPG sector in 2013 was Senior Charterer responsible for the daily employment of handy, mid-size and VLGC vessels.
